We got many offers for old second hand units but it is about time the people of Vanuatu, and our team at ProMedical had something new. So we did just that.
This light weight, battery powered unit means our critical care paramedics can intubate people in communities on Efate or other islands and keep their hands free for other important tasks, particularly during flights where space is very limited.
We can look back to 2 very recent cases where this equipment would have been incredibly handy to have but was not available.
